Should be a separate model, not a Mustang, make it the new Ford GT. The multimatic GT is just about done, doing an in-house mid engine would make sense, sort of a small production line like Mopar had with the Viper.
Chevy since they were dumping the current Camero, should have took the C7 Vette and made some changes and made it the new Camaro and continued with the C8 as the Vette.
