Notice it advertised 50 State legal calibration. So apparently Whipple has no issues getting around any tuning challenges.

The supercharger already seems low profile enough to fit under the GT's hood.

Yes. I already called Ford in Glendale. I was trying to preorder a darkhorse. They were supposed to be available for preorder in Jan, but Ford is a little behind. The dealer said Most Ford locations will only get 5-10 GT’s and 1 Darkhorse, initially. Preorder now begins in Late May, supposedly. They took all my info down, and said once they have confirmation of shipments, I can come down and put a deposit for it. They said the Darkhorse may not be available to actually pick up, until 3rd Quarter sometime.

I just called Whipple again, and they said they have not started working on the 2024’s yet. The guy said the GT’s SC will be available probably sometime between August- October, and the DH’s SC will be available late 2023- 1Q 2024.
I’m now contemplating if it makes more since to get the GT and just throw a Whipple on it. The DH only has like 20 more HP, so it’s more about the Name. Is 20 more initial HP, and a name, worth all the extra $1,000’s? GT is going to be around $41.5K, while the DH is closer to $60K. It’s basically paying $60K for a stock 500 HP Darkhorse, or paying roughly $55K for a Supercharged 850+HP GT. You save $5K and you’re killing that Darkhorse, lol.
