That headlight design is giving me Mach-E vibes, sleeker styling like it throughout is exactly what the 7th stang needs!

I know its covered in camo but the front end looks like it's going to be meaner looking than the 6th gen Mustangs. If this is the last fully gas Mustang it needs to go out looking like a badass!

"Covered by layers of camouflage, the prototype does a good job of hiding its secrets but we can still make out a number of details. Starting with the front end, we can see the outline of a familiar hexagonal grille. It’s surrounded by new headlights and what appears to be an evolutionary bumper.

The front end gives way to a long hood and a rakish windscreen, which gives the pony car an instantly recognizable shape. They’re joined by aggressive side skirts, a familiar greenhouse, and five-spoke wheels that are backed up by a relatively tame braking system.

The rear end is a bit more revealing as we can see a sporty dual exhaust system and what appears to be a diffuser. The model also has new taillights that seemingly retain their vertical accents.

While we can only make out a few details at this point, the model looks promising and will likely resemble a sportier and more modern take on the current pony car. That remains to be seen, but the Mustang is the world’s best-selling sports car so messing with success is likely off the agenda."

Good question, I suppose it’s either some new body line, or just the way the cover fits over some other accoutrement.

My guess is that it's just the fit of the camo but who knows maybe it's a new hood design.

Happy Friday everyone! We have our first look at the 2024 S650 Mustang!!! This isn't the shell of an older Mustang this is the real deal 2024 Mustang underneath the camouflage that's coming out next year!

The camouflage hides some of the finer details but we can see what looks like a more pitched, angular, and modern design in the front end. The LED looks more horizontal and squinty, which is much different than the current Mustang. We can also see two vertical taillights, suggesting a modernized continuation of the Mustang's currentl design.

The latest reports suggest that this next-gen Mustang will reach the market next spring, as a 2024 model.

The more I see this the more I’m convinced it’s a 550 testing components not the production body. It’s too similar

Why cover the body if it’s an S550. Seems to me that a cover wouldn’t be needed in that case.

The roofline sure gave away that it was the S650 production body. S550 doesn't slope as much. Headlights also gave it away but that could have been easily faked to throw people off.

Yeah those headlights were really the big giveaway in hindsight that this was something different.

Yup, you could easily see a newer style beam shining through and even some bodylines around the headlight. The headlight on the outgoing gen is FAR more traditional than what we'll be getting, well overdue if you ask me.
