NHTSA has released updated VIN decoder information for 2023 Ford models.
This is an updated file for 2023, with the revisions marked in red. This adds information on the Ford Escape, Expedition and Transit, plus the Lincoln Corsair and Navigator.
For reference, attached is the 2022 VIN decoder.
From what I can see, the Escape gets new trim names. The Expedition only lists the 440 hp and 400 hp engine options, but not the 380 hp offered on base models in 2022.
The Corsair does not have the 2.3l option from 2022, only 2.0L and 2.5L PHEV options.
